Our charism is all inclusive love leading us to unity and reconciliation of neighbor to neighbor and neighbor to God. What is the process for becoming a Sister of St. Joseph of Concordia? The process starts with contacting any sister who will put you in touch with the Vocation Director. After discernment between you and the Vocation Director, the initial Formation Program includes the stages listed on our Invitation to You page.
