Do you have an Associate program? Yes. Our Associates partner with us in furthering our mission. For more information, go to our Invitation to You page Do you have a Volunteer program? Yes. We have a variety of opportunities worked out individually with those that are inquiring. For more information, go to our Invitation to You page. What work or ministries do you do? Our Founder calls us to do any of the spiritual and corporal works of mercy, that a woman is capable of doing, using her own unique gifts and abilities. We have sisters in health care, education, social work, parish ministry, and spiritual direction among other things. Where are you located? Our Motherhouse is located in Concordia, Kansas in the Salina diocese. But we are throughout the United States and Brazil. For more information, go to our Where You Can Find Us page. What is a charism? Charism is a particular gift from the spirit. Men and women are drawn to different communities depending upon their charism. What is your charism? Our charism is all inclusive love leading us to unity and reconciliation of neighbor to neighbor and neighbor to God. What is the process for becoming a Sister of St. Joseph of Concordia? The process starts with contacting any sister who will put you in touch with the Vocation Director. After discernment between you and the Vocation Director, the initial Formation Program includes the stages listed on our Invitation to You page.
