zeal (zel) from the Greek zelos: strong interest or devotion;
intense enthusiasm; fervor.

That’s how Webster’s defines zeal. For the Sisters of St. Joseph, there’s more to it: Passion, energy, commitment, and — perhaps most importantly — love. As our charism says, love of God and these dear neighbors we serve in so many ways.
