College students mark 50th anniversary with food drive
December 15, 2014 by Sarah Jenkins
The Student Activities Board at Cloud County Community College organized a food drive, “50 years, 50 cans,” to commemorate the college’s 50th anniversary. Board members challenged each department to donate 50 items to the local food banks. Students dropped the food off at Manna House of Prayer Friday morning (Dec. 12), for the Helping Hands food pantry.
Each year Helping Hands provided emergency assistance to more than 350 families in the Concordia area.

The Gospel in action! Thank you Student Activities Board of CCCC for organizing this event to aid those persons less fortunate.
